| Application Notes | Experiment Notes: Lactate dehydrogenase from bovine liver. Activity of preparation is about 500 U/mg of protein. One unit will reduce 1 umol of pyruvate to l-lactate per minute at pH 7.5 at 37 0 C. The protein is applied widely in diagnostic test kits for determination of alanine and aspartate amine transferases. |
